5. WITHDRAWALS - MEMBER ACCOUNT

All withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy below.

5.1 Crypto withdrawals will be sent to the address of your connected wallet upon a valid withdrawal request. For withdrawing funds that have been deposited, we require a minimum of 3 blockchain confirmations of the deposit before a withdrawal can be requested.

While Cardsonchain.io will endeavor to pay out withdrawals immediately, some withdrawals may take longer than others. Cardsonchain.io shall try to pay out withdrawals within 5 hour, however in some cases, withdrawals may take longer. (max 48 hours)

5.2 Minimum withdrawal amounts can be found in our Help Center. All specified amounts are per single transaction.

5.3 If we mistakenly credit your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical, error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Member Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by opening a ticket on (DISCORD).

6.4 For Crypto withdrawals, the Site reserves the right to require a 1x wagering of the equivalent deposit(s) amount before accepting a withdrawal request.

5.4 You acknowledge that the Virtual Funds are consumed instantly and Cardsonchain.io do not provide refunds or cancellations. Cardsonchain.io reserves the right to payout substantial wins in monthly installments.

5.5 In order to make a withdrawal, a player must play through active deposited amounts at least once prior to withdrawal. This procedure is in line with anti money laundering practices. The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player’s residence.

5.6 In the unlikely event of a player depositing crypto currency funds to another crypto currency network address (such as but not limited to: sending BTC to a BCH address). Cardsonchain will not attempt to recover the amount.

6.5 We reserve the right to block/delay the processing of withdrawal requests until requested copies of valid photo ID, proof of address, and/or a debit card are provided to our satisfaction (KYC).

6.6 The Website reserves the right to perform additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal exceeding €2,500 or an equivalent amount in cryptocurrencies, as regulated by our gaming license, and further reserves the right to perform such verification procedures for smaller withdrawals as required by our gaming license. Account holders looking to recover funds held in a closed, locked, or excluded account are advised to contact customer support.

6.7 All transactions must be monitored to prevent money laundering. The Website may suspend, block, or close your account and withhold funds if requested in accordance with anti-money laundering law or any other legal basis requested by a state authority. Enhanced due diligence may be performed regarding unused funds withdrawals, and we reserve the right to refuse to process withdrawals if you do not comply with these additional due diligence requests.

6.8 We reserve the right to enforce a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount if we suspect the user is using our service as a mixer. It is strictly prohibited to use our service for purposes other than entertainment.

6.9 You acknowledge that funds in your account are instantly consumed when you play, and we do not provide goods return, refund, or retroactive cancellation of your account.

6.10 In the case of a significant withdrawal request, we may choose not to process more than 1 million $ Virtual Funds or the equivalent in other currencies per week until the total amount is settled.

6.11 We reserve the right to deduct transaction fees or other costs from any amount you withdraw.

6.12 You agree that certain promotions may be subject to withdrawal restrictions and/or requirements that must be fulfilled before funds credited as part of the promotion can be withdrawn.

• These conditions must be duly published and made available as part of the promotion.

• If you choose to make a withdrawal before applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled, we will deduct the entire reward amount as well as any winnings related to the use of reward amounts before approving any withdrawal.

6.13 The Website reserves the right to impose geographical limits on individual reward programs at its sole discretion.
