2. BINDING DECLARATIONS

2.1 By accepting to be bound by these general terms and conditions, you also agree to be bound by the rules of the website and the privacy policy, which are incorporated by reference into these general terms and conditions. In case of inconsistency, these general terms and conditions shall prevail. You hereby declare and warrant that:

2.19 You accept our right to terminate and/or modify any game offered on the website;
